We're sorry to hear you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase! We are constantly updating our merchandise to provide our customers with the latest trends, so we're sure you'll find the perfect piece!

 

Returns:

For return inquiries, please send us a message on our website or email us at shopfirstandfore@gmail.com with "return" in the subject line. Your email needs to include your order number, the name of item you wish to return, and reason for returning. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

We will accept returns within 14 days of the original purchasing date for a store credit only. Please allow 2-3 days for your return to be fully processed. You will receive an email with your store credit code once the process is complete. 

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, odor-free and stain-free. Any merchandise not meeting these requirements will not be accepted. 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made by emailing us at shopfirstandfore@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, the item you wish to exchange, size purchased, and sizing needed. All exchanges must be made within the first 14 days of original purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, please allow 2-3 business days for us to ship your new order out.

Damaged Products

We're so sorry you received a damaged item. First and Fore Boutique carefully inspects all merchandise before shipping out to the customer. If you receive a damaged product, email us at shopfirstandfore@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Claims outside of this timeframe will not be considered. Lighting and color variations from photos DOES NOT count as a damaged product.
